Public Tour Cancellation Policy
All public tours as advertised are scheduled to run unless if you are notified a day prior that the minimum attendance has not been met (2 adults) or due to significant weather concerns, such as heavy rains or extreme heat, which may affect the safety and enjoyment of the tour. The guest(s) will be offered alternative dates for rescheduling, credit for a future tour with an expiration date of 1 year, or a full refund.
The customer can request a refund anytime after purchase. If the request is made more than 24 hours prior to the start of the tour, there is a $1.50 fee per refunded ticket. If the request is within 24 hours of the scheduled tour, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded. There are no refunds on service fees. Refunds or date changes cannot be made once the scheduled tour has started.
Private Tour Cancellation Policy
Private tours can be rescheduled up to a week in advance prior to the scheduled date with no additional fee. Any private tours requested to be rescheduled within one week of the scheduled date are subject to a 25% rescheduling fee based on the group rate, unless it was due to heavy rains or extreme heat.
The customer can request to cancel their private tour anytime after purchase. If the request to cancel is made more than a week prior to the start of the tour, 90% of the group rate will be refunded. If the request to cancel is made less than a week, but more than one day prior to the start of the tour, 75% of the group rate will be refunded. If the request to cancel is made within 24 hours of the start of the tour, 50% of the group rate will be refunded.
There is a 3% service fee for online payment processing with private tours.
